‘Towards the Best, Together’
Vision Twentyone were commissioned by the NHS East of England Strategic Health Authority to consult widely on their 10-year vision for the NHS in the region – ‘Towards the Best, Together’. The project included consultation with the public, patients, clinicians, NHS staff and a variety of ‘hard to reach’ groups including gypsies and travellers, looked after children, asylum seekers and refugees. read more... |

Longbridge Area Action Plan
Vision Twentyone were instructed by Birmingham City Council and Bromsgrove District Council to undertake a comprehensive three-stage programme of community consultation, on the proposed Area Action Plan for the former MG Rover site in Longbridge. This included a stakeholder analysis, consultation with elected members, telephone survey, a series of newsletters to over 23,000 local residents, a project website (www.future4longbridge.co.uk), interactive exhibitions, Future Forum (based on the concept of a Citizen’s Jury), young people’s workshops and information line. read more...

Site Allocations Development Plan Consultation
Vision Twentyone advised on and implemented the District Council’s most far reaching consultation to date - Talk to Mid Beds - a strategy associated with the allocation of sites through the Local Development Framework (LDF). Vision Twentyone consulted on over 400 sites through the dedicated Talk to Mid Beds website (www.talktomidbeds.co.uk), a series of roadshow exhibitions, along with an information line and postal information packs. To enable Mid Beds to consider the views of the local community when taking forward their Preferred Options, Vision Twentyone produced a comprehensive, robust Consultation Statement to feedback the outcomes of the consultation. read more...

Charlestown Riverside
As part of the Preferred Development Team in the Charlestown and Lower Kersal New Deal for Communities area in Salford, Vision Twentyone has worked closely with local residents, New Deal Board Members and key political figures, through a programme of consultation to ensure that their thoughts were at the heart of the proposed plans to develop up to 2,500 new homes across key sites in the area. Methodologies included stakeholder analysis, an opinion and perception survey, a number of public exhibitions and the establishment of site specific ‘people’s panels’ to feed into the planning application process as the development plans took shape. read more...

Citizens Council on Maternity Services
Following the success of the Citizens’ Council on Children and Young People’s Health Services, the Greater Manchester Strategic Health Authority (GMSHA) re-commissioned Vision Twentyone to set up a separate citizens council, in order to ensure that the needs of mothers and their families were not overlooked through any changes or improvements to maternity services. read more...
